Danny Ramrod

For one night only, two generations of Detroit Rock N’Roll will share the Magic Stick stage. MCR has learned that Danny Dollrod (aka Dan Kroha), of the highly influential gories.htm”>Gories and Demolition Dollrods, will play bass with legendary 70’s punk act The Ramrods. On May 17 Kroha came to a Ramrod rehearsal on Detroit’s southwest side and jammed on bass (above photo). He’s agreed to be a Ramrod for a night and play with the band on August 14 at the Magic Stick. The Go and Cinecyde are slated to open the show.
