If you’ve ever visited Ann Arbor’s used record superstore Encore Recordings, you probably noticed that it’s staffed with a who’s who of Ann Arbor’s indie rock scene. Well, Encore is releasing a compilation album consisting of the bands and projects of it’s noteworthy employees. The comp includes Saturday Looks Good To Me, Nomo, Dykehouse, Timothy Monger and Wolf Eyes — to name just few.
There will be a release show at the Blind Pig in Ann Arbor this Friday, January 27. The lineup will include Saturday Looks Good To Me, Aaron Dilloway, Metal Dungeon, Beak Full Of Rubies, Dabrye, Dykehouse, Wide-Eyed and Jim Dwyer.
The compilation can be purchased at the store in Ann Arbor for $10 or for $13 ppd via the Encore website.
