The Metro Times has a great cover story on The Dirtbombs who will be putting out a new cd on 2/11 called We Have You Surrounded. The band will be having a release show for the new cd on 2/16 at the Magic Stick. Also including in the Dirtbombs story is a really cool “Dirtbombs Family Tree” done by Ben Blackwell, which features the many versions of the band and a where are they now section.

In the meantime check out this interview with the Dirtbombs from 2002 which is an outtake from the movie “It Came From Detroit”. Anyone know if that movie is ever going to come out on dvd or be shown again?
