Rock City Fest, Rock City Fest!

Well it’s no surprise that we’re all getting really excited to see the Von Bondies on Friday night at Detour’s Rock City Fest. Detroit Metromix has a great interview with Jason “Von Bondie.”

And speaking of Rock City Fest, Melody beat all of us “bloggers” to the punch and posted her picks for this coming weekend’s shows. It looks like we’re all going to have to do one now.

ABC is filming a pilot in Detroit for a new TV series about Detroit called “The Prince Of Motor City.” I know what you’re thinking, but it can’t hurt to at least try it right?

Web Vomit has the scoop on Sunday night’s Raconteurs show, looks like I picked the lesser of the two shows to go see, I guess a “real fan” would have went to both. Hey, that Meg White sure is a hoot.
