Nomo: Ghost Rock
It's been a great year for Ann Arbor based and Ubiquity Records recording artist Nomo; who define their sound as "post-afrobeat dance explosion." First they booked a spot at this year's Bonnaroo, then Cityfest, and now Pitchfork reviews Nomo's latest album Ghost Rock and gives it a 8.3 out of 10.Download Ghost Rock on eMusic (which is already in my 2008 top ten) and catch Nomo at Campus Martius in Detroit on August 22nd as they wind down their extensive U.S. summer tour.
