Silent Years’ New Album Update

Critic, fan and all around acclaimed Detroit quintet The Silent Years have recently sign to New York label Defend Music. Defend Music will release the Silent Years forthcoming second album The Globe on iTunes on August 12th followed by the hard copy on August 26th. In addition, Defend Music will also be re-releasing the The Silent Years self-titled debut album for free on the labels site (downloaded it and but it on repeat).

Catch The Silent Years in action at the SPIN pre-Lollapalooza show at St. Andrew’s Hall next Thursday night; unless of course you will be on I-94 heading to the actual Lollapalooza in Chicago.
