Concert Review: Dirtbombs Last Show With Troy Gregory

Friday at the Magic Stick we said goodbye to The Dirtbombs‘ longest lasting lineup, as it was Troy Gregory’s last show with the band. I cannot think of a better way to go, I haven’t seen The Stick that full in a while.

Everything kicked off with Magic Shop, who never ceases to amaze me. They were, magical.

Now I was ready for The Readies, damn they were good, and of course we got to see The Dirtbombs new bass player in action.

The Dirtbombs set was seemingly flawless, nearly non-stop touring has made them even better then ever. Near the end of the set the crowd broke out into a “We love Troy!” chant.

Be sure to check out Troy’s new project, which should be playing out soon, I think, ask Troy about it. This lineup will not be one soon forgotten, I hope to see more lineups this good.
