Highlight: when Cicchetti bolted off the stage during the final song to slam money down at the bar for four shots, to which the band toasted. Best cover: Loretta Lucas's band doing Heart's "Barracuda". Girl got pipes. Best self-referential band: 4 REAL. (Ryan Allen / Eddie Baranek / Andrew Hecker / Liz Isakson, get it?) First lyrics something to the effect of: "Last night I got in a fight with Ryan Allen 'cause he said my band sounded like Rage Against the Machine". Best (only?) band uniform: Also 4 REAL, with their giant letter patches. Strangest pairing with the best results: Alan Scheurman's vocals with Feeney's pedal steel.
