Copper Thieves can be labeled as a local “supergroup” of sorts since it’s members include bass player Christian Doble (Kiddo, Child Bite), guitar player John Nelson (New Grenada),organist Tony Rochon (Back In Spades), and founding drummer Andy Roy (New Grenada).  Copper Thieves play a brand of modern indy rock that is straight forward and aggressive, with plenty of interesting sonic guitar and vocal harmonies mixed in that at times can drag you out from a backwoods shed and smash you right into the front porch pavement.
